Convenient location, no noise around, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts, great recommendations.

The breakfast was good and the room was cozy with beautiful decorations. , the location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the noisy and uncomfortable bed. We could hear people checking in and out and that was really disturbing.

We had a great stay and felt at home right away. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and had unique Hawaiian-style decor. We loved how the host served breakfast and dinner in the dining room, and the food was delicious with different options each day. Staff were friendly and provided us with helpful tips and travel advice on exploring the city.

The place had a relaxing ambiance, and the owners were welcoming and kind. the room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was easy to locate, even in the dark, and the staff provided clear recommendations on places to visit. the onsen was an advantage to unwind after a long day.
Soundproofing wasn't the best, and noise filtered into the rooms, which could be disturbing.

Great Stay for Christmas! We had a wonderful stay during Christmas vacation. the hot springs and private bath were amazing features that made our stay extra special. the location is accesible to the shopping centers and ski resorts, which saved us time and money on transportation. We were delighted with the beautiful nature and the delicious breakfast. the hosts were really kind and hospitable, giving us great tips on local activities and attractions.
Everything was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
